We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Client Services
Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of
contact for our diverse client base. You will provide exceptional
support to young athletes, coaches, educators, and entrepreneurs
in both English and Spanish, ensuring every client feels valued
and understood.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in both English and
Spanish via phone, email, and chat

Handle client inquiries regarding financial services,
insurance, and tax matters

Schedule appointments and coordinate between clients and
advisors

Maintain accurate client records and update information
systems

Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters
appropriately

Support onboarding process for new clients
Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

2+ years of customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with computer systems and CRM software

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

High school diploma required; associate degree
preferred
